पांच साल पहले शौकिया तौर पर ड्राइविंग सीखने वाली पूजा देवी का सपना था कि वो किसी दिन बड़ी गाड़ी को चलाएं। बुधवार को उनका यह सपना पूरा हो गया। बसोहली के सांदर गांव निवासी पूजा देवी प्रदेश की पहली ऐसी महिला हैं, जो व्यावसायिक चालक के तौर पर बस चलाने लगी हैं।

बुधवार सुबह जम्मू से कठुआ और कठुआ से जम्मू के बीच चलने वाली एक बस का स्टीयरिंग पूजा देवी के हाथ में था। देखने वाले जहां हैरान थे, तो वहीं पूजा के चेहरे पर बस चलाने की खुशी झलक रही थी। परिवार और आसपास के जो लोग पहले उनकी ड्राइविंग का विरोध कर रहे थे, आज पूजा उन्हें गौरवान्वित कर रही हैं। पूजा ने अन्य महिलाओं को भी ड्राइविंग सिखाने की ठान ली है। इससे पहले पूजा कुछ माह तक जम्मू-कठुआ के बीच ट्रक भी चला चुकी हैं। 

जम्मू-कठुआ बस यूनियन के महाप्रबंधक रछपाल सिंह ने कहा कि दो दिन पहले पूजा उनके पास आई थीं और बस चलाने की इच्छा जाहिर की। चूंकि वो इससे पहले ट्रक भी चला चुकीं हैं और उनके पास हैवी व्हीकल ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस भी है। ऐसे में कोई दिक्कत नहीं थी। सुबह 11 बजकर 52 मिनट पर पूजा बस लेकर जम्मू से कठुआ पहुंचीं और शाम को समय से लौटीं भी।

बचपन में देखा सपना, अब जाकर हुआ पूरा
बस का स्टीयरिंग पकड़े पूजा खुद को खुशकिस्मत महिला मान रही हैं। उनका कहना है कि बचपन में देखा सपना अब जाकर पूरा हुआ है। इसके लिए काफी संघर्ष किया है। पति और परिवार की इच्छा के बिना इस सपने को पूरा करने की ठान ली थी। पूजा का कहना है कि बड़ी गाड़ी चलाने का पहले से मन बनाया था, लेकिन परिवार से जब इच्छा जाहिर करती, तो वह नहीं चाहते थे कि उनकी बेटी घर से बाहर जाए और इस तरह की गाड़ी चलाए। पूजा का कहना है कि उन्होंने महिलाओं के पैरों में बंधी बेड़ियों को तोड़ने की शुरूआत की है और चाहती हैं कि अन्य महिलाएं भी अपने सपनों को पूरा करें।

पूजा ने कहा...
अन्य महिलाओं को ड्राइविंग सिखाना चाहती हूं। इससे पहले टैक्सी और ट्रक चला चुकी हूं। उम्मीद नहीं थी कि कोई भरोसा जताएगा लेकिन यह सपना भी पूरा हो गया। कोई बड़े ख्वाब नहीं देखती, लेकिन ड्राइविंग को लेकर खुली आंखों से देखा सपना पूरा कर लिया है। अपनी मेहनत के जरिये पैसा कमाने के इस रास्ते से खुशी होती है।

e-Filing of ITR

The user can file the Income Tax Return (ITR) in two ways:

1. Offline: Download the applicable ITR, fill the form offline, save the generated XML file and then upload it.

To e-File the ITR using the upload XML method, the user must download either of the following ITR utility:

• Excel Utility
• Java Utility

Perform the following steps to download the Java Utility or Excel Utility, then to generate and Upload the XML:

1. Go to the Income Tax e-Filing portal www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Download the Appropriate ITR utility under 'Downloads > IT Return Preparation Software'.
3. Extract the downloaded utility ZIP file and Open the Utility from the extracted folder. (For more information and prerequisites, refer the 'Read me' document).
   
   Note : System Requirements
   Excel Utilities: Macro enabled MS-Office Excel version 2007/2010/2013 on Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 /10 with .Net Framework (3.5 & above)
   Java Utilities: Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Linux and Mac OS 10.x with JRE (Java Runtime Environment) Version 8 with latest updates.
   To Enable Macros in Excel Go to > File > Options > Trust Centre > Trust Centre Settings > Macro Settings > Enable All Macro > Click ‘OK’ button twice to save these settings.
4. Fill the applicable and mandatory fields of the ITR form.
   
   Note :
   Pre-filled XML can be downloaded post login to the e-Filing portal from 'My Account > Download Pre-Filled XML' and can be imported to the utility for prefilling the personal and other available details.
5. Validate all the tabs of the ITR form and Calculate the Tax.
6. Generate and Save the XML.
7. Login to e-Filing portal by entering user ID (PAN), Password, Captcha code and click 'Login'.
8. Click on the 'e-File' menu and click 'Income Tax Return' link.
9. On Income Tax Return Page:

   • PAN will be auto-populated
   • Select 'Assessment Year'
   • Select 'ITR form Number'
   • Select 'Filing Type' as 'Original/Revised Return'
   • Select 'Submission Mode' as 'Upload XML'
10. Choose any one of the following option to verify the Income Tax Return:

    • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC).
    • Aadhaar OTP.
    • EVC using Prevalidated Bank Account Details.
    • EVC using Prevalidated Demat Account Details.
    • Already generated EVC through My Account  Generate EVC Option or Bank ATM. Validity of such EVC is 72 hours from the time of generation.
    • I would like to e-Verify later. Please remind me.
    • I don’t want to e-verify this Income Tax Return and would like to send signed ITR-V through normal or speed post to "Centralized Processing Center, Income Tax Department, Bengaluru – 560500"
11. Click 'Continue'
12. Attach the ITR XML file.
    On choosing,
    
    • DSC as verification option, Attach the signature file generated from DSC management utility.
    • Aadhaar OTP as verification option, Enter the Aadhaar OTP received in the mobile number registered with UIDAI.
    • EVC through Bank account, Demat account or Bank ATM as verification option, Enter the EVC received in the mobile number registered with Bank or Demat Account respectively.
    • Other two verification options, the ITR will be submitted but the process of filing the ITRs is not complete until it is verified. The submitted ITR should be e-Verified later by using 'My Account > e-Verify Return' option or the signed ITR-V should be sent to CPC, Bengaluru.
13. Submit the ITR.

2. Online: Enter the relevant data directly online at e-filing portal and submit it. Taxpayer can file ITR 1 and ITR 4 online.

1. Go to the Income Tax e-Filing portal, www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. Login to e-Filing portal by entering user ID (PAN), Password, Captcha code and click 'Login'.
3. Click on the 'e-File' menu and click 'Income Tax Return' link.
4. On Income Tax Return Page:

   • PAN will be auto-populated
   • Select 'Assessment Year'
   • Select 'ITR Form Number'
   • Select 'Filing Type' as 'Original/Revised Return'
   • Select 'Submission Mode' as 'Prepare and Submit Online'
5. Click on 'Continue'
6. Read the Instructions carefully and Fill all the applicable and mandatory fields of the Online ITR Form.
   Note :
   To avoid loss of data/rework due session time out, Click on ‘Save Draft’ button periodically to save the entered ITR details as a draft. The saved draft will be available for 30 days from the date of saving or till the date of filing the return or till there is no change in the XML schema of the notified ITR (Whichever is earlier).
7. Choose the appropriate Verification option in the 'Taxes Paid and Verification' tab.
   Choose any one of the following option to verify the Income Tax Return:
   
   • I would like to e-Verify
   • I would like to e-Verify later within 120 days from date of filing.
   • I don't want to e-Verify and would like to send signed ITR-V through normal or speed post to "Centralized Processing Center, Income Tax Department, Bengaluru - 560 500" within 120 days from date of filing.
   • Click on 'Preview and Submit' button, Verify all the data entered in the ITR.
   • 'Submit' the ITR.
   • On Choosing 'I would like to e-Verify' option, e-Verification can be done through any of the following methods by entering the EVC/OTP when asked for.
     
     • EVC generated through bank ATM or Generate EVC option under My Account
     • Aadhaar OTP
     • Prevalidated Bank Account
     • Prevalidated Demat Account

     Note
     On Choosing the other two verification options, the ITR will be submitted but the process of filing the ITRs is not complete until it is verified. The submitted ITR should be e-Verified later by using 'My Account > e-Verify Return' option or the signed ITR-V should be sent to CPC, Bengaluru.
   • The EVC/OTP should be entered within 60 seconds else, the Income Tax Return (ITR) will be auto-submitted. The submitted ITR should be verified later by using 'My Account > e-Verify Return' option or by sending signed ITR-V to CPC.

जम्मू और कश्मीर के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के अध्यक्ष फारूक अब्दुल्ला (Farooq Abdullah) के खिलाफ प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (Enforcement Directorate) ने बड़ी कार्रवाई की है। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने जम्मू-कश्मीर क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन (JKCA) स्कैम केस में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले के तहत फारूक अब्दुल्ला और अन्य की 11.86 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य की संपत्ति जब्त कर ली है।

जानकारी के मुताबिक, प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ईडी) ने फारूक अब्दुल्ला की जो संपत्तियां जब्त की है, उसमें तीन घर भी शामिल है। इसमें एक घर गुपकार रोड, दूसरा तहसील कटिपोरा, तन्मर्ग, और तीसरा भटंडी जम्मू में में होना बताया गया है।

जब्त संपत्तियों का बाजार मूल्य करीब 70 करोड़ रुपये

ईडी ने फारूक अब्दुल्ला और अन्य की 11.86 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति जब्त करने की कार्रवाई को जम्मू-कश्मीर क्रिकेट संघ में कथित वित्तीय अनियमितताओं से जुड़ी मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग जांच से हिस्सा बताया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन पर कार्रवाई की गई है उसमें दो अचल संपत्तियां आवासीय हैं, एक व्यावसायिक संपत्ति है, जबकि तीन अन्य भूखंडों को भी अटैच किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इन संपत्तियों की जब्त कीमत 11.86 करोड़ रुपये है, लेकिन इनका बाजार मूल्य लगभग 60-70 करोड़ रुपये है।

फारूक अब्दुल्ला से कई बार हो चुकी है पूछताछ
बता दें कि 83 साल के नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के अध्यक्ष फारूक अब्दुल्ला से इस मामले में ईडी ने कई बार पूछताछ की है। ईडी ने आखिरी बार अक्टूबर में श्रीनगर में पूछताछ की थी।

INDIA: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date to submit the application form for the Term-end examination December 2020 till December 31.

IGNOU has postponed the December 2020 term-end examinations to February 2021. Candidates need to visit the official website of IGNOU — ignou.ac.in — to submit online applications for the Term-end examination.

The last date to submit the assignment for the December Term-end examination has also been extended till December 31. Along with that, the last date to submit the project reports, fieldwork journals, dissertation, ECP, internship, etc for Term-end Examinations, December 2020 have also been put off till December 31.

Issuing a notice on Monday, Dr V B Negi, Registrar (SED) said "The December 2020 term-end examinations are to be held in the month of February 2020. The University has, therefore extended the last date for submission of the following till 31st December 2020 for the convenience of the students.

1. Online submission of examination form for the Term-end Examination, December 2020 to be held in February 2021.

2. Submission of Assignments for the Term-end Examination, December 2020.

3. Submission of Project Reports, Field Work Journals, Dissertation, ECP, Internship, etc. for Term-end Examinations, December 2020.

India,Google की सभी सर्विस जैसे Youtube, Gmail, Google Map, Google Drive ने सोमवार की शाम अचानक से दुनियाभर में काम करना बंद कर दिया था। इसके चलते इंटरनेट की दुनिया में काफी हलचल पैदा हो गई। कई मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स में Google सर्विस के अचानक बंद होने की घटना को बड़ा साइबर अटैक बताया गया। इससे लोगों में बैंकिंग सिक्योरिटी समेत कई तरह के प्राइवेसी के मुद्दों को लेकर परेशानी बढ़ गई है। हालांकि Google की तरफ से इस मामले में सफाई जारी की गई है, जिसमें Google पर साइबर हमले की संभावनाओं की सिरे से खारिज कर दिया गया है। 

कंपनी ने जारी किया बयान 

Google ने बताया कि आज करीब 3.47AM (भारतीय समयानुसार शाम 5.17 बजे) अथेंटिकेशन सिस्टम आउटेज का एक्सपीरिएंस किया। इसके चलते करीब 45 मिनट तक Google की सर्विस ठप्प रही। ऐसा एक इंटरनल स्टोरेज कोटा इश्यू के चलते हुआ। साधारण, शब्दों में कहें, तो Google की टीम यूजर आइडेंटिफिकेशन और डेटा स्टोरेज को लेकर बैकेंड पर काम कर रही है, उसमें कोई टेक्निकल दिक्कत होने के चलते Google की सभी सर्विस 45 मिनट के लिए बंद रही। लेकिन Google के मुताबिक 4.32 AM PT (भारतीय समयानुसार 6.02 मिनट) पर इस समस्या को ठीक कर लिया गया। इस दौरान यूजर को हुई असुविधा के लिए Google के प्रवक्ता की तरफ से माफी मांगी गई। साथ ही भरोसा दिलाया गया कि भविष्य में दोबारा ऐसा नही होगा।

दुनियाभर में यूजर हुए परेशान 

Youtube के डाउन होने के चलते अमेरिका, ब्रिटेन और भारत समेत ग्लोबल स्तर पर लाखों की संख्या में  यूजर सीधे तौर पर प्रभावित हो रहे हैं। Google की तरफ से कहा गया है कि Google Meet सर्विस को कुछ यूजर्स के लिए रिस्टोर कर लिया गया है। वही जल्द ही बाकी यूजर के लिए Google Meet सर्विस को रिस्टोर कर लिया जाएगा। कंपनी ने इस मामले के मामले जानकारी होने की बात कही है। Youtube ने भी सर्विस डाउन होने की बात को स्वीकर किया था और जानकारी दी है कि Youtube ने दोबारा से काम करना शुरू कर दिया है।
